How to Delete My Account
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Start by going to the homepage of the app
- Look for an icon with three white dots located next to your username or profile name.
- Click on these three dots to open a menu.
- In the menu that appears, select the option labeled “Settings.”
- Once you’re in the settings section, locate the option for “Delete Account.”
- Click on “Delete Account” and confirm your choice when prompted.
- Confirm again by clicking “Delete” once more to finalize the deletion process.
- Keep in mind that after you delete your account, your data cannot be recovered, so make sure you’re certain about your decision before proceeding.
By deleting your account, you will permanently remove the following:
- All of your medical records
- Your medication reminders
- All your account information, including personally identifiable details
- All information associated with additional users added to your account, including their medical records and personally identifiable information
If you’ve shared your records with any other user, they won’t be able to access them anymore. Similarly, you won’t be able to access any user’s information that had been shared with you.
When you delete your data, it will be immediately removed from our databases, and any files you’ve stored will also be instantly deleted. However, please note that automatic backups retain the information for up to 30 days.
