To ensure all your medical data is permanently removed from Live Well Pharmacy, begin by visiting your app homepage. Once there, locate the “Settings” icon positioned to the right of your profile picture and click on it. Next, proceed to select “Delete Account,” followed by the option “Delete my Account.” Finally, confirm your decision by clicking on “Delete.” This action will permanently erase all your medical data from the platform.
