To permanently remove all of your medical data from Little Drug Family Wellness Center, start by visiting your app homepage. Locate the “Settings” icon next to your profile picture and click on it. From there, choose “Delete Account,” followed by “Delete my Account.” Finally, confirm the deletion by selecting “Delete.”
By deleting your account, you are permanently removing:
If you have shared your records with any other user, they will no longer be able to access them. Similarly, you will lose access to any user information that had been shared with you.
Upon data deletion, your information will be immediately removed from our databases, including any stored files. However, automatic backups will retain this data for up to 30 days.
