You can even add children or additional adult users so they can also get medical care. And, share medical records with others as needed.

Getting Started Is As Easy As 1 – 2 – 3

Step #1: Sign Up For A DrOwl Account

It’s quick and easy to sign up for a DrOwl account. To get started, simply:

• Open up the app on your phone and tap the “sign up” button.
• Add your email, password, and mobile phone number into the online form.
• Then enter the confirmation number that is sent to your phone.

Step #2: Add In Your South African ID Card

• Next take a photo of the front of your South African ID card and scan the back to confirm your identity.
• And, confirm the details added from your ID card and add in your postal code and ethnicity.

Step #3: Fill Out The Intake Form

The final step is simple. Once you create your DrOwl account, you will need to fill out an intake form that captures your medical history, medications, allergies, and more.
 
To add it:

• Go to your homepage, tap on “open intake form” and fill in the details for each section.
• There will be a checkmark next to each piece that has been completed.

DrOwl creates a personalized Patient Portal with a summary of your conditions, medications, and allergies in easy-to-understand language that is searchable and shareable when you are done.
 
It’s that easy! Now that you’ve finished creating your DrOwl account, you will be able to start accessing doctors from the app.
