To begin, navigate to the homepage and locate the three white dots icon situated beside your name. Click on it, and then choose “Settings” from the options. Within the settings menu, select “Delete Account.” Proceed by clicking “Delete” and confirm the action by clicking “Delete Account” again. Keep in mind that once this action is performed, your data cannot be recovered.
By opting to delete your account, you are permanently removing the following:
If you have previously shared your records with another user, they will lose access to those records. Likewise, you will lose access to any information shared with you by other users.
Upon deletion, your data will be promptly removed from our databases, and any stored files will be instantly deleted. However, please note that automatic backups of this information will be retained for up to 30 days.
